This document specifies Wint Enterprises, Inc.’s understanding of the business and user requirements identified during the first phase of the assessment process. This document will ensure Wint Enterprises, Inc. evaluates and addresses all of the requirements during the remaining phases of the assessment.

• State of Network Assessment Report (SONAR)

This is a complete analysis of the network discovery against the business and user requirements, using Wint Enterprises, Inc.’s proven methodology. The document includes:

• Power point Presentation of Findings

A power point presentation will be created to convey major findings and their associated recommendations. This power point will be presented to the client with the final network assessment bound document.

• Topology diagrams of the existing network

Logical topology diagrams will be provided depicting the WAN infrastructure. The purpose of these drawings is to communicate the layout of the network for the report and is not intended to be component level diagrams.

• Inventory of the existing networking devices

An inventory of all IP networking devices and the current network services each device is running will be supplied. This list will contain IP addresses and system names whenever possible through discovery tools.

• Statement of Work (SOW)

The Statement of Work (SOW) will be included in the final network assessment bound document.
